My “ideal” place is 2br, parking, in suite laundry, not carpeted (at least not in the LR). Nice to have is walk in shower. Preferred neighborhoods: Mt Pleasant/Riley Park, Kits, Burnaby Heights, commercial drive, river district, kerriisdale, or downtown. Would be ok with a tower downtown but I don’t really want to live in a tower in the suburbs. Price $3000 or less. I’d also consider 1br + den if the den is not tooooo tiny but I’d only be willing to pay $2500 for that
