Welcome to everyone looking to venture out and do.

This is a social group with activities for those of us aged 45+. We look for interesting things to do in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne and occasionally elsewhere. Lets get out of the house and enjoy some good company.

Our events include live music, theatre, movies, comedy, dinners, lunches, art exhibitions and more.

We are NOT A SINGLES OR DATING GROUP. However, it is possible to find love, romance and partnership within the group.

Let’s visit the state rose and garden show

Across the weekend the gardens will transform into a kaleidoscope of colour as the spring sunshine lights up over 5,000 rose bushes and the manicured lawns play host to numerous garden exhibits, plant stalls, food trucks, and live music – making it a must-see event for visitors of all ages.
There will also be guided tours of the Victoria State Rose Garden, led by the enthusiastic and knowledgeable volunteers who tend to and nurture the garden all year-round.
The State Rose & Garden Show is free for all ages, a gold coin donation is encouraged to assist the Victoria State Rose Garden Supporters (volunteers) with their upkeep of the garden.
